What counts as a request
One batched change taking about 30 minutes or less. Examples, by name, so there's no guessing.
A request looks like
- A new testimonial or review added
- A photo or video swapped
- A paragraph rewritten, a price changed
- A new team member or service added to a list
- Hours, phone, or address updated

- Do I have to host with you?
- No. The site is yours either way. Host it anywhere and you still own every file.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, month to month. Move up when you have more to update, move down when you don't.
- What's a bug fix versus a request?
- If something that used to work stopped working, that's a bug fix, and it's included on every plan. If you want something changed or added, that's a request.
- What if I need more requests this month?
- Extra requests are $75 each on any plan, quoted before I start if it looks bigger than one batched change.
- What isn't included?
- New pages, redesigns, and new features. Those are quoted before work starts, at build pricing.
